01Access and security
Use only accounts, systems and records you are authorised to access. Do not bypass tenant boundaries, scrape protected accounts, distribute malware or conduct intrusive security testing without authorisation. Protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. Suspension must be proportionate to the risk and follow the accepted terms.
02Data and content rights
Provide only data and content you can lawfully supply for the stated purpose. Honour source licences, confidentiality and individual rights. Public availability is not unrestricted reuse. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive or children’s data to a generic service. Do not remove provenance or use a research export to conceal unlawful acquisition.
03Communications and tracking
Do not send spam, impersonate others, use misleading subjects, bypass suppression or treat email validity as consent. Apply jurisdiction-specific marketing rules, identify the sender and provide a functioning withdrawal/opt-out route. Consent to a campaign is separate from consent to tracking, account access or an AI effect. A contractual disclaimer cannot legalise an unlawful send.
04Third parties and fair use
Respect third-party API, software, data and communications conditions and usage limits. Connecting an account does not transfer its licence or create resale rights. Do not evade usage controls, sanctions or lawful restrictions. Applicable statutory rights and legitimate security reporting remain protected.
