The current document set is HW-LEGAL-2026-10-05, dated 5 October 2026. Privacy notices describe their stated scope; standard contract terms apply when affirmatively incorporated into the relevant order or account agreement. Publication alone does not change an existing signed agreement or prove a past acceptance.

03Acceptance and notice evidence
An acceptance record should identify the person, organisation where applicable, action/order, exact version and applicable schedules, affirmative choice and server time. A login, a page view, a consent to optional cookies or receipt of an email does not prove contractual acceptance.
